Expectations For Honors Physics

Honors Physics is a course I am really excited for even though I think it will be very challenging. As my only honors course this year, I am almost certain it will be my hardest. Honors Physics not only has a reputation of being extremely challenging at GSB, but in general as well. When I announced to my parents that I was taking this course, my dad told me it will be the hardest course I've ever taken. That being said, science has always been one of my favorite courses. Last year, on top of all of my other classes, I took it upon myself to learn some of the basics of String Theory. This year, I think, even though it has been stated that there will be a very limited amount of homework, I will end up taking home my physics book, even to go over just a few sections of text. All in all, I suspect that Honors Physics will take up a large portion of my time and efforts.
